Are those days when people rush to reach home early and lock it when you most surprised to see from your window to a neighbor who is taking the opposite way to other people, leaves his wearing portal right and start running.

Meditation

Meditation

In life, everything goes back to the outside world: our senses, the others work, romance and nothing brings us back inside ourselves. Understanding this means understanding the value of meditation.

It is us and only us, we can find peace, deep relaxation, peace and true love.

These qualities can not come from money, social recognition or love partner.

Please understand that meditation has nothing to do with the life of a monk or ascetic who seeks to cut the world as is too often perceived. This is not a creed or religion. You do not need to change your life for you to open meditation. Meditation is a quality in you that is simply a party or otherwise stated an internal vigilance and mindfulness in the present moment.
