Meditation antidote to aging

How aging slower? The systemic aging.

Reflections on Aging and its antidote meditation. Aging in the jargon of systems is the “entropy”.
Everything is deteriorating, the fire goes out, rust corrodes, time flies, old age we win!
The entropy is: – everything has an end – time is irreversible. Degradation, loss of material and information becomes irreversible and death is certain!

But the systems approach also recognizes that life resists entropy, through the uptake of circulating information (negentropy). Capturing the energy circulating, this is done by meditating on the present moment. Through meditation, we can give a positive dynamic in our lives, to resist …

In life, everything goes back to the outside world: our senses, the others work, romance and nothing brings us back inside ourselves. Understanding this means understanding the value of meditation.

It is us and only us, we can find peace, deep relaxation, peace and true love.

These qualities can not come from money, social recognition or love partner.
Basically, we all know, but we forget so often!

Please understand that meditation has nothing to do with the life of a monk or ascetic who seeks to cut the world as is too often perceived. This is not a creed or religion. You do not need to change your life for you to open meditation. Meditation is a quality in you that is simply a party or otherwise stated an internal vigilance and mindfulness in the present moment.
