Salad a natural remedy for sleep

Many times we say that food is essential for the proper functioning of the body, and some people after a stressful day, come home tired, and rest time unable to sleep, falling into sleep stages .

The incorporation of certain foods, are important for combating this type of discomfort, and nothing simpler than making a salad rich, to help us sleep:

We need: lettuce hearts of the variety we most like, a tablespoon of basil leaves, a teaspoon of finely crushed poppy seeds. To prepare, we must cut the hearts of lettuce with the trunk included in fine julienne, add the finely chopped basil leaves, season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with crushed poppy seeds.

Lettuce has relaxing properties, and help us fight the state of anxiety and insomnia, drink freshly made salad, you do not lose their property, remember that the shorter a food, the more it loses its nutritional value. A delicious and simple dish that does not take long in its development, and of course our health care.
