Soy and Estrogen

In addition to the recognized disadvantages of all milk and milk products, seem to be blacklisted by the latest scientific discoveries, demonstrating that adopting a diet based on cow’s milk is probably due to a real trauma organic in the baby, followed by a period of pathological disorders more or less important, and finally, an apparent adaptation cache, in fact, many functional imbalances that persist throughout life.

In adolescents and adults, of course the damage is not so dramatic, but nevertheless still exists in the form of demineralization, inflammation or tissue fouling can lead to hardening of simple … or certain cancers! Specifically, research conducted in various countries over-consumers of dairy products, such as Switzerland, France or the United States, compared to underdeveloped countries, consumers have actually found higher rates of cancer.

INDIGESTION

Cow’s milk in the rough among this number of disadvantages known and long acknowledged its undeniable lack of digestibility. In fact, the adult human stomach does not contain rennet in the stomach of the calf, can curdle milk, we must make the lactase in large quantities for it to be digested. While this is not the case, the digestion process remains blocked and the other early fermentation and putrefaction are triggered. That is why we often prefer to turn milk into yogurt or cheese forms predigested. But the enormous amount of animal fat content in most cheeses make them indigestible enough to all those with hepato-biliary system is not at his best! This disadvantage even if it is shared with fatty meats and sausages, is no less real: the bread mixture and cheese fat is tricky.
Moreover, when milk or milk product does not come from organic farming, they are proving to be more toxic because all pesticides (*), insecticides, and antibiotics are concentrated in the fat cells produced by the cow. So that whole milk and cheese contain non-organic fatty proportions far greater pollutants than any chemically treated plants ..
Finally, milk and dairy products are among the most allergenic foods (**) and digestive problems posed by these intolerances are also many insidious.

MILK DEMINERALISED

The proteins of milk whatsoever transmit information specific to the species, which will develop ossein, ie the ability of bone to retain the minerals. But again, it is clear that information delivered by the proteins in cow’s milk is totally unsuited to man. Therefore the body of a baby deprived of human milk and eating milk cow will not have the correct information to make its Ossein … and therefore can not properly mineralize. Child, then adult, it will eliminate excessively, lack of ossein, mineral salts in the blood and deposit in tissues, thus becoming subject to calculation, cysts and other indurations.
In addition to the mineralizing milk is completely overrated, mainly because of the quality of milk sold off-AB circuit; they are pasteurized, sterilized, UHT, they are devitalized and minerals have become virtually inutisables for metabolism.

DISTURBING FUNCTION HORMONE

The presence of specific hormone bovine carriers of information (rapid weight gain) unsuitable for human growth slow, is disturbing, in fact, the baby’s hormonal functions, controlled by the pituitary gland. And, as is information, the amount of milk intake plays only a secondary role, even very small quantities deliver the message.

DECALCIFYING MILK!

Milk, as recommended for children for its sacrosanct calcium intake, not a specific food to humans.
Indeed, in regard to calcium, it appears that the content in cow milk can not be properly assimilated by humans. The excessively rich in calcium in cow’s milk makes it dangerous because it also causes the hardening, lack of ossein it almost completely inhibits the action of magnesium, thereby weakening the nerve and muscle cells.
Finally, cow’s milk is too rich in phosphorus, and therefore, may be responsible for a relative hyperparathyroidism.

AGAINST BREAST FEEDING

The only milk that suits the child is his mother, because it corresponds to his heredity, gender, physiology. The composition of milk is different, it is a serious mistake to give the baby milk that he is not intended.

In addition, the mother will remember all exogenous poisons (nicotine, caffeine, alcohol, chemical additives, etc. ..) passed in her milk.
In denying the warmth and magnetism body essential to the child, the mother who chooses not to breastfeed, largely increasing its own risk of tumor (breast, genitals) because reproductive grossessse, breastfeeding are 3 links in a chain natural and synergistic. (see section baby / breastfeeding issues / food / etc ..)

ESPECIALLY NOT FOR BABIES

Many other charges are still made with cow’s milk, including, of course, its overabundance of saturated fatty acids, lactic acid and estrogen, and its poverty-lactose:
- Overabundance of fatty acids
Compared to breast milk which contains mainly fatty acids polyunsaturated, milk cow liver fatigue strongly infant-and adult-because of its large lipid molecules and does not mind the quality fats for its development, much more rapid and important in cattle.

Present in breast milk, 2 fatty acids, docosahenoïque acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (AA) play a critical role in the mental development of children. A research team from Rockefeller University (New York) recently quantify this implication. In an RCT, double blind, children of 18 months, having received a special formulation of these 2 nutrients, very close to the form found in breast milk, show an average increase of 7 points from the index mental development of the Bayley scale compared with children who have not had. One more proof of the richness of milk. The fatty acids used in this study came from a plant source. (Developmental Medicine and Child Neurology).

- Excess lactic acid
Excess lactic acid, in turn, can quickly become toxic and cause the proliferation of tumor cells.
and estrogen -
As for the estrogenic substances, known to promote the reduction of male fertility and cancers of the genitals, but it is true that milk is not the only food to contain excessive levels.
poverty-lactose
Finally, poverty-lactose cow’s milk compared to human milk, is probably responsible for an imbalance of intestinal flora and a significant fall in protection against pathogens, in the baby.
In fact, whey proteins contain many human antibodies are absolutely essential to the infant, since it has yet developed any immunity in the intestine. Deprived of milk, the child is already in great danger, but fed cow’s milk is more exposed to the proliferation of all sorts of parasites.

However, the milk retains its place in the medicine cabinet because he is also a special antidote, which various studies have shown that such could effectively fight against lead poisoning, that lead poisoning is so common in polluted cities.
