<p>Sometimes stress can be beneficial (exam preparation, reaction to a dangerous situation ,&#8230;) but unfortunately can also lead to an adverse situation (bad stress), which can lead to ulcers or various psychological problems (fatigue, sleep disorders, depression).</p>
