Good cholesterol or HDL cholesterol, which is the English abbreviation for high-density lipoprotein carries unneeded cholesterol away from body tissues, so it lowers your risk of heart disease.

Lowering Cholesterol With Physical Exercise
We knew that sport or physical exercise is very healthy but studies have also confirmed that helps lower cholesterol.
Exercise is very healthy for most diseases but Duke University (United Kingdom) have shown, according to the New England Journal of Medicine, which can lower LDL (bad or low intensity)
The advantage is that at the same time also a benefit for most cardiovascular risk factors.
