Lowering Cholesterol With Physical Exercise

Physical exercise width=We knew that sport or physical exercise is very healthy but studies have also confirmed that helps lower cholesterol.

Exercise is very healthy for most diseases but Duke University (United Kingdom) have shown, according to the New England Journal of Medicine, which can lower LDL (bad or low intensity)
The advantage is that at the same time also a benefit for most cardiovascular risk factors.

* Improved tolerance to carbohydrates: physical exercise enhances the effectiveness of our insulin causing it to more easily regulate our glucose levels and helping to burn abdominal fat. (more…)
