Yoga width=The word yoga means “unite” or “gathering” in Sanskrit. Yoga originated in India. Its origins come from a time remote Indo-European civilization. One of the treaties of yoga (the yoga sutras of Patanjali) is dated about 500 years before Jesus, is a treatise on Raja Yoga. Yoga schools in northern Hindus step then to Tibet where he flourished a very important school. Mental techniques of yoga were then exported in China, Japan (Zen) and throughout the Far East by Buddhist monks who use them extensively.

Yoga includes many branches that contribute to the full development of our various facets: Physical, psycho-physical, mental and spiritual. It also can help us find balance and well-being and the unity of body and soul. This can range from simple relaxation to spiritual search “meditation.”

Born of the different Yogas Hinduism are not tied to a religion. The believer and the atheist can practice yoga methods without principles at variance imposed his religious convictions.

The beneficial effects of yoga are:

On the physical plan of the influence of the different positions the elasticity is in harmony, the organs are fortified, balances the nervous system, glands regenerate and fortify the general dynamism.

About the plan psychic, yoga can eliminate various negative aspects of modern life as a sedentary lifestyle, abuse of unhealthy foods or the toxic drug, blocks generated by stress. Yoga With the spirit we find a relaxed, calm and serene, allowing us to solve problems in a more positive perspective.

In life, everything goes back to the outside world: our senses, the others work, romance and nothing brings us back inside ourselves. Understanding this means understanding the value of meditation.

It is us and only us, we can find peace, deep relaxation, peace and true love.

These qualities can not come from money, social recognition or love partner.
Basically, we all know, but we forget so often!

Please understand that meditation has nothing to do with the life of a monk or ascetic who seeks to cut the world as is too often perceived. This is not a creed or religion. You do not need to change your life for you to open meditation. Meditation is a quality in you that is simply a party or otherwise stated an internal vigilance and mindfulness in the present moment.
