
Definition of Stress
Stress is a reaction of the organism to extreme effort or significant.
In general stress activates a process hormonal and nervous systems based on a state of alert, which explains the increase in heart rate and alertness.
Sometimes stress can be beneficial (exam preparation, reaction to a dangerous situation ,…) but unfortunately can also lead to an adverse situation (bad stress), which can lead to ulcers or various psychological problems (fatigue, sleep disorders, depression).
