In addition, as part of a psycho-exploration, this type of massage can cause the person to realize the links that exist between muscle tension and emotional or psychological problems.
Regarding evidence, it appears that no clinical trials have been conducted to assess the specific effects of neo-Reichian massage. By cons, many studies confirm the effectiveness of massage in general to relieve many ailments.
