First, let’s look at the light. Most people do not like the lights too bright and fluorescent, such as those found in stores. The fewer lights, more people are likely to relax. If you need a minimum of lighting, better light some candles to light bulbs in the ceiling.

Californian massage is a holistic approach that focuses as much relaxation as the awakening of a psycho-consciousness. This massage uses long, slow and fluid movements that allow a deep physical and mental relaxation.

Starting with gentle stroking, enveloping and relaxing, laborers are linked and improved to ease tensions deeper. This can raise and release hidden emotions, embodied in the bodily memory. In life, everything goes back to the outside world: our senses, the others work, romance and nothing brings us back inside ourselves. Understanding this means understanding the value of meditation.

It is us and only us, we can find peace, deep relaxation, peace and true love.

These qualities can not come from money, social recognition or love partner.
Basically, we all know, but we forget so often!

Please understand that meditation has nothing to do with the life of a monk or ascetic who seeks to cut the world as is too often perceived. This is not a creed or religion. You do not need to change your life for you to open meditation. Meditation is a quality in you that is simply a party or otherwise stated an internal vigilance and mindfulness in the present moment.

When we think of yoga, we all think this image of a concentrated, sitting against a wall in the lotus position and meditating deeply for hours. But yoga is not just a meditation practice during which performs physical contortions and figures imaginable. It is first and foremost a philosophy, a teaching that leads the individual to a healthy lifestyle and peaceful. Therefore it was exercised by the Indian yogis and Tibetan monks from more than 500 years BC. BC, before being transmitted from one generation to the common people through the sage. But it believes its origins over 5000 years.

The most important writings found reports of yogic precepts are the Bhagavad Gita, which means Song of God. It identified the different types of yoga and their individual philosophy. Even then, yoga was practiced according to the needs of various castes. Indulge in yogic thinking, meditation, yoga was available to the practitioner the means to achieve self-realization and absolute escape the cycle of reincarnation. It was a ticket to eternal rest in some way.
