Is it more important to eat?

0% sport, 50% power. Sport without food, without food or sport is not getting anywhere. Here are some basic tips for food that does not ruin a good fitness:
Breakfast
Sure you eat breakfast, but the question is whether you do it right. A quick coffee and a glass of juice first thing in not complete an ideal breakfast. You have to keep in mind one fact: there is evidence that people who eat breakfast have a more positive, more proactive and better performance. Besides who eat a good breakfast the morning is less difficulty in maintaining their weight.
No time for breakfast
In that case, you have to throw food to carry or easy to prepare, as bottled juices, granola bars make a quick sandwich or toast. But try to make a good calorie intake.
Hydrate
Bring a bottle handy and Hydrate often. If you are young there is evidence that 8 glasses of water a day are a boon to your body. Water also mitigates hunger and makes you more alert throughout the day. You how old you are, the water becomes a habit.
